Walmart Returns API

Buyers can now Initiate Returns from Walmart.com for Marketplace seller items (Except for HAZMAT, OTHER or FREIGHT items). For item in the exception categories: HAZMAT or OTHER, sellers need to generate the return shipping label, and upload the label.
