ScholarlyCommons at Penn — OAI-PMH

Conformant OAI-PMH 2.0 harvesting endpoint for ScholarlyCommons at Penn, the university's institutional research repository, on Penn's own host under Handle prefix 20.500.14332. verb=Identify, ListSets, ListMetadataFormats and ListRecords all returned HTTP 200 with well-formed OAI-PMH XML and real Penn records; twelve metadata formats are advertised. The software is DSpace 7.6 (open source, with Atmire modules), so the protocol is not Penn's engineering — but the endpoint, the host and the records are Penn's, which is what x-operator institution means here. Contract derived from live probes; Penn publishes no OpenAPI.
