Two defects a harvester will hit: the OAI repositoryIdentifier is the internal name http://ptsldigitalv2.ukm.my, which does not resolve publicly, and the DSpace REST API is not reachable — /rest redirects to port 8443, which does not answer. robots.txt exists but its two Sitemap directives point at that same non-resolving internal host.
